PLEASE NOTE: This Meet & Greet Experience is an independently organized event hosted by Saxl Rose. It is not affiliated with or operated by the HDG Arts, Wine, Jazz & Soul Festival. Purchase of this ticket does not include admission to the festival and does not grant access to festival VIP areas or festival programming. ALL purchasers must have a physical ID present to gain entry into the event. The name on the ticket must match the name on their physical ID.
By purchasing a ticket, guests acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Tickets purchased for this event are non-refundable, except in the unlikely event that the Meet & Greet Experience itself is canceled by the organizer. Tickets are non-transferable if you are unable to attend, and each ticket is valid for ONE guest only and must correspond with the correct session time purchased.
Guests must arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before their scheduled session time. Late arrivals may miss portions of the experience and entry cannot be guaranteed once a session has begun due to time and capacity limitations.
This event is designed as an intimate experience with limited seating. All attendees are expected to maintain respectful conduct toward the artist, staff, venue personnel, and other guests. The organizer reserves the right to remove any guest displaying disruptive or inappropriate behavior without refund.
Photography and video may occur during the experience. By attending, guests grant permission for their image or likeness to appear in photos or video captured during the event for promotional or archival purposes.
Event timing, programming, and experience elements may be adjusted slightly as necessary to accommodate the flow of the event or unforeseen circumstances, while maintaining the overall Meet & Greet experience described. By purchasing a ticket and attending the Saxl Rose Meet & Greet Experience, guests acknowledge that attendance is voluntary. Saxl Rose LLC, event staff, and the venue shall not be held liable for any personal injury, illness, allergic reaction, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur before, during or after the event.
Light refreshments may be provided by a third-party catering service. Guests are responsible for managing their own dietary restrictions and food allergies. Neither the organizer nor the venue can guarantee that food items are free from allergens.
Attendees agree to release and hold harmless Saxl Rose LLC, the venue, and all associated staff, vendors, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from participation in the event.
